Tips for Wealthscape Re-registration: Authentication Errors
Some clients have notified us of a technical issue when re-registering for their Wealthscape Investor account access. Simply, the mobile phone needs to be updated on your account in order to receive the code for Multi-Factor Authentication. In order to gain access to your account, it is recommended at this time to call the Technical Support team directly at 800-821-5100 option 1, option 1, option 5
Please disregard the phone menu prompt to call your financial professional for a code.
Tips for viewing OneView (formerly Omnisource): Aggregated Account Data
No re-registration is required. You may log in directly to OneView on our website under Account Access with your previously created Omnisource User Name and Password.
If you need a password reset, please email Laina.Riley@waypointpt.com or Tanya.Plagens@waypointpt.com directly for assistance.
Please note that OneView may be delayed in reconnecting all feeds for outside accounts. If you have questions about the specific assets, please contact your financial professional directly for assistance.

Another important note:
On Friday, January 24th, your access to Omnisource and Wealthscape Investor was temporarily suspended while the data migration processed over the weekend. Access is in the process of being reconnected and should be fully restored by Monday, February 3rd as some data feeds may not be readily available for up to one week.
The websites that you previously used for access have been changed as part of the transition. The old websites will no longer work.
Please note that you will need to follow these steps to re-register your account on the updated websites as follows:

Omnisource is now called OneView. Your user name and password will remain the same, you just need to use the new website to access your account.
Please visit our website directly to access the new login links to those programs.
